The NeXt Generation of Business Leaders

CBDX is a group of young professionals under the age of 40 who are with CBDA companies. They are charged with furthering the mission of the CBDA by encouraging the next generation of business leaders to get involved in the local business community.

CBDX is very active in its philanthropic efforts through its annual "Casino Night" fundraiser which generates donations for local charities, and the X Scholarship awarded to Princess Anne High School students who participate in the CBDA's annual Internship Day. Donations to the scholarship fund are collected though the CBDA Foundation.

CBDX has taken an active and vocal leadership role in CBDA's efforts to extend light rail to Town Center. CBDX also has established a productive working relationship with other young professional groups throughout Hampton Roads to create a unified voice for the region's millennials.
