Armada Hoffler is one of Virginia’s largest commercial real estate and construction companies and has developed more than 25.4 million square feet of commercial space in the Mid-Atlantic region since its founding in 1979 by Dan Hoffler.

Armada Hoffler recently began construction on the $105 million Main Street Tower in Town Center. Opening in summer of 2014, Main Street Tower is a public/private partnership that will include more than 213,000 square feet of Class A office space, 290 apartment units and 21,000 square feet of retail space.
